Trust the Process

With most things in life, progress with fitness goals can take time. And as humans, we are often times impatient, seeking instant gratification, often throwing in the towel when we aren’t “as far along as we’d like to be” or we thought we’d be. We can also fall into the comparison trap, with others who we perceive to being where we expected to be already and also with our former selves and bodies.

In this video, Coach Tina of Straight Up Strong chats about Trusting the Process. If we are patient, consistent, and continuously challenge ourselves, the process WILL work.

A huge role of a coach, is supporting you with this trust and guidance to stay in the game consistently - and stop the continuous start and stop cycle so many folks are in with fitness.

Do you often times find yourself doubting the process or becoming patient when you perceive things as taking too long? What tips do you have to share? We’d love to hear form you in the comments!
