You Deserve a Different Kind of Strength Program!
In the spring of 2020, Coach Michelle and Coach Tina had a vision: a fitness community that allowed folks to connect and move during a time of isolation and gym closures. A fitness community where the focus was on gaining strength, not shrinking ourselves.
Folks from all over the world joined in the live group strength sessions and followed the strength program designed to be accessible at home and with limited access to equipment. We connected during live workshops about the pelvic floor, nutrition and menopause. We laughed over memes and sharing experiences in the Facebook community.
And as the world started to shift and reopen, we did too.
Over the past 4 years, Straight Up Strong has evolved to meet the needs of it’s members and of folks experiencing the life shift of peri menopause and post menopause.
Always remaining true to our values and mission that strength training for all bodies and that women deserve more than a life of restrictive diets and obsessive, overly complicated programming.
Women deserve more than what we are often sold in the wellness industry.
Because folks are busier than ever, even if still working from home, we have streamlined our membership to focus on strength workouts that can be followed at home or at a gym, with dumbbells or barbells, with coaching or own your own.
Because we know your time is valuable.
Workouts are 3 days a week, full body and completed in under an hour.
Because we believe you deserve more than another diet.
We never ask for weigh ins, measurements or before/after pictures.
Because you are worth it.
We structure our programming with what we know the science says helps folks in peri- and post menopause feel and be their strongest selves.
In the past 4 years, we have had the honor of supporting hundreds of folks who have followed the programming, joined the live classes or completed a workshop with us and can not wait to see what the next 3 years bring us!
