All you need is a set of med-heavy dumbbells or kettlebells to complete this workout!

This video has Coach Tina doing a set of every exercise once, repeat it twice to do 3 sets of each workout!

The exercises include:

1. 10 Squats

2. Presses (8 per arm)

3. 10 Deadlifts

4. 10 Single Arm Rows

5. 10 Lunges Per Leg

6. Plank Shoulder Taps (10 per arm)

This video also includes a body weight method to get up and down from the floor.
